Dr. von Kaiser

“Dr. von Kaiser” follows the misadventures of an evil scientist and his quest to take over the world (“Pinky and the Brain” meets “Spy vs. Spy”).

The title character, Dr. von Kaiser, is a stout, little man that struggles with every endeavor. He is the lowest rung on the evil scientist hierarchy, envious of his rival and schoolmate, Dr. Nemesis (who is regularly featured in evil scientist trade publications). Add Dr. Sapphire to the mix, a female colleague, and both Nemesis and von Kaiser take their competition to the next level.

Set in a animated world of over-the-top characters, super villains, and fed up celebrity mayors who simply can’t take it anymore, this show focuses on Dr. von Kaiser as he complicates every plan he comes up with. From taking over the world to going out on a date, we see a glimpse into the every day life of this evil science underdog. This is a show that celebrates failure.
